New Assessments

Initial assessment is typically performed over two 50-minutes sessions. In these sessions your current circumstances, past history, relevant investigations and preferences for care will be heard.

Basic cognitive assessment, neurological, examination and baseline investigations may also be performed.

In some circumstances, with your permission, relevant infromation will be sought from your family, loved ones or other medical professionals.

At the end of the assessment, a shared formulation and management plan will be created with recommendations of treatment and ongoing care either with Dr Tamara and/or with the involvement of other health professionals.
