If you are a new or prospective client and need further information regarding appointments, fees, services and cancellations, please email or phone reception.

Please ensure you have a vaild referral from your GP or specialist if you wish to recieve medicare rebates, as rebates cannot be backdated. GP referrals last for 12 months or can be “indefinate”, specialist referrals last for 3 months.

For Referrers

Please send referrals directly to the contact email:

Please address your referrals to Dr Tamara Yuen.

Please include any relevant past investigations or reports in the referral including a current and past list of medications.

This is not an Emergency mental health service and does not provide after hours support.
